Job Description: HR Administrative Support
This position provides clerical and administrative support to the HR team during the Texas A&M fall athletic calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phones and directing inquiries in a professional and client-centric manner.
• Maintaining confidential personnel files.
• Assisting management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents (e.g., proposed disciplinary notices).
• Supporting staffing efforts, including finding replacements for employees who call out on short notice.
• Collaborating effectively with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, students, and supervisors.
• Assisting with HR compliance and engagement initiatives.
• Attending staff and safety meetings as required.
• Assisting with check-ins and game-day operations for all 7 home football games.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Canva is a plus.
• Learning and understanding all aspects of HR within the Levy/Aggie Hospitality operation.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
