What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Implementation: Implement the global Leadership & Learning strategy, standards, and processes while considering regional requirements.
• System Ownership: Own and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including system optimization, reporting, user administration, and access rights management.
• New LMS Implementation: Support the implementation of a new cloud-based LMS, covering user experience, processes, documentation, and authorization concepts.
• Data & Reporting: Manage global training data and reporting, and analyze key learning KPIs to measure effectiveness and business impact.
• Learning Initiatives & Innovation: Drive regional Leadership & Learning initiatives, foster knowledge sharing, and identify future learning needs to develop innovative solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in Learning Management, along with experience in learning systems, data analysis, and reporting.
• Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
