Arconic is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join their Kawneer Bloomsburg Team for the summer of 2025.
Job Description:
As a Human Resources Intern at Arconic, you will be a valued member of a high-performance team, contributing to real-world business challenges. You will work as a full member of a project team, collaborating with colleagues, peers, leaders, and stakeholders. You will be paired with a manager and a mentor to help you acclimate to the company and the local area.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
• Project Completion: Every intern is required to complete at least one project during their time with Arconic.
• Presentation Skills: You will present your project to the location’s Lead Team.
• Competition: You will participate in the company-wide Intern Presentation Challenge, competing against all Arconic interns for cash prizes.
