Job Description:
First Student is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a compensation-focused internship providing hands-on experience within the Human Resources function.
Responsibilities:
• Assists with day-to-day responsibilities of the compensation team to best support internal clients.
• Assist with the coordination of org charts and general reporting (wage, bonus, performance management).
• Support management of the email box and requests to Compensation.
• Conduct basic wage analysis for Drivers and Technicians/Mechanics.
• Assist members of the Compensation department with special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or Economics.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently.
