Job Description: Human Resources Intern
DN Tanks is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Human Resources Internship. This hands-on role will provide valuable experience supporting various HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, well-organized, and enthusiastic about contributing meaningfully to HR initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support various HR functions, gaining exposure to compensation, benefits, talent management, and recruitment processes.
• Assist in the execution of strategic HR projects.
• Update and maintain employee profiles and personnel records in HR systems.
• Conduct data analysis to support HR decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
