Job Description: Human Resources Internship
This internship program offers students the chance to learn from experienced HR professionals and gain practical experience in various HR functions. The program focuses on two key areas: Training & Development and Total Rewards. Interns will gain exposure to overall HR processes and develop both functional skills and business acumen.
Learning and Development Focus:
Interns will participate in projects related to learning and development, potentially including:
• Research for training projects
• Training assessments
• Job competency analysis
• Development of training tools
• Employee development initiatives
Total Rewards Focus:
Interns will support the Total Rewards team on projects such as:
• Strategy development for open enrollment
• Coordination of open enrollment events
• Ongoing compensation needs
Potential Projects: Examples include:
• L&D: Training & Development Program development, LinkedIn Learning Program implementation, and strategic alignment of L&D efforts.
• Total Rewards: Support for open enrollment processes and merit cycle management.
