Job Description:
This is an internship position with a minimum duration of 6 months, requiring in-office hours from 8 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. The role provides tactical support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Tactical Department Support: Provide general support to the HR department to help achieve company goals.
• Class Coordination: Support the scheduling of staff training classes, collaborating with vendors and the training team.
• Office Management: Manage office equipment and supplies, including those for the kitchen/breakroom.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires as needed.
• Employee Events: Help plan and execute employee events and activities.
• Budgeting and Finance: Assist with departmental budgeting, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance and support on various HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Required: Recent graduate or Junior/Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources, Human Capital, Organizational Leadership, or a comparable field.
• Preferred: Previous internships in corporate environments.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs (occasionally).
• Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to work effectively in an open office/noisy environment.
