Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Job Summary:
CPPI is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to provide support to its HR team. This internship offers practical, hands-on experience across various HR functions, including assisting with onboarding processes, managing records, contributing to employee engagement initiatives, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess an eagerness to learn, strong organizational skills, and the capability to effectively manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment.

Minimum Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrates a strong interest in learning about various HR functions and employment practices.
• Possesses excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); prior exposure to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is considered a plus.
• Must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with the maintenance and organization of employee records and documentation.
• Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and preparation of HR-related materials.
• Respond to basic HR-related inquiries, accurately routing more complex matters to appropriate HR staff.
• Provide assistance with employee engagement efforts, which may include supporting wellness programs and company events.
• Help in preparing materials for various HR initiatives.
• Ensure the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
• Complete special projects and undertake other duties as assigned by the HR team.
