Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Job Summary:
CPPI is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to provide support to its HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various vital HR functions. Key areas of involvement include onboarding support, meticulous records management, initiatives related to employee engagement, and comprehensive administrative assistance. The ideal candidate for this role is expected to be eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrates a strong interest in learning about HR functions and employment practices.
• Possesses excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exposure to HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is considered a plus.
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with maintaining and organizing employee records and documentation.
Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing HR materials.
Respond to basic HR-related inquiries and efficiently route more complex matters to appropriate HR staff members.
Assist with employee engagement efforts, which may include participation in wellness programs and company events.
Help prepare materials for various HR initiatives.
Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling all employee information.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the HR team.
