Coach USA, a leading provider of transportation services and mobility solutions across North America, is excited to invite motivated students to join our paid Summer 2026 Internship Program.
Internship Dates: May 20, 2026 – August 7, 2026
Program Duration: 12 weeks
This comprehensive 12-week experience is designed to connect classroom learning with real-world business operations. Interns will engage in meaningful projects, benefit from mentorship, and access professional development opportunities within a collaborative environment.
Role Summary
The HR Intern will gain valuable exposure to core Human Resources (HR) practices. A primary focus of this role will be supporting the implementation of a new Performance Management tool. Additionally, the intern will assist in assessing and recommending improvements or changes across various other employee lifecycle experiences within the Company. This position operates in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior HR leaders with the selection, implementation/adoption, and rollout of a new Performance Management tool.
- Contribute to assigned HR projects as needed, which may include:
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Data analysis and predictive data identification
- Redesign of employee onboarding processes for a variety of roles
- Provide support on HR processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Skills/Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Demonstrated interest in HR technology, organizational design, or employee engagement.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr. – $23.00/hr.
