  • Premiums: Opportunities for additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, may be paid in specific circumstances. These premiums can be based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

  • Assisting with associate recruitment, hiring, and staffing processes.
  • Supporting associate development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Managing scheduling and attendance needs for associates.
  • Addressing performance-related issues by identifying and analyzing HR (Human Resources) related concerns.
  • Providing guidance and support on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
