Job Description: Human Resource Recruiter Internship
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment management, recruitment strategy development, and hiring/offer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored job descriptions.
• Post job openings across multiple platforms.
• Source candidates proactively through platforms like LinkedIn and other talent networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Gather and provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines.
• Recruitment Strategy Development:
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and recommend creative solutions.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts.
• Hiring and Offer Coordination:
• Call candidates to extend job offers.
• Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and necessary documentation.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure contracts are signed and documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and hiring steps.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be currently enrolled in an educational institution and receiving school credit for the internship, or demonstrate that the internship is integrated with coursework, or fulfill specific educational requirements.
Suggested Qualifications:
• Degree/profile in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology etc.
• Fluent English (Bilingual is a plus)
• Business-oriented and open-minded
• Good communication skills
• Able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease
• Able to cope with pressure
• Flexible and adaptable
Duration, Schedule & Pay:
• Duration: 3-6 month unpaid internship.
• Positions Available: 1 full-time intern or 2 part-time interns.
• Shift Options:
• 20 hours per week for 6 months
• 30 hours per week for 4 months
• 40 hours per week for 3 months
• Daily Schedule: 4 hours per day between 8 AM and 6 PM EST (flexible within those hours).
