Job Description: Human Resource Recruiter Internship

• Intern Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
• Post job openings on multiple platforms.
• Source candidates proactively through platforms like LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Gather and provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure seamless communication.
• Recruitment Strategy Development:
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and recommend solutions.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts.
• Hiring and Offer Coordination:
• Call candidates to extend job offers and communicate details.
• Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and documentation.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure contracts are signed and documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions in the recruitment system.
• Eligibility Requirement:
• Must be currently enrolled in an educational institution and receiving school credit for the internship.

• Suggested Qualifications:

• Duration, Schedule & Pay:
• Unpaid internship (3-6 months).
• Positions Available: 1 full-time intern or 2 part-time interns.
• Shift Options:
• 20 hours per week for 6 months.
• 30 hours per week for 4 months.
• 40 hours per week for 3 months.
• Daily Schedule: 4 hours per day between 8 AM and 6 PM EST with flexibility to choose hours that fit your schedule.
