Job Description: Human Resource Recruiter Internship

This internship offers hands-on professional experience in recruitment, focusing on developing full-cycle recruitment management skills and contributing to recruitment strategy. You will gain experience in:

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
• Posting job openings across multiple platforms.
• Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other talent networks.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Gathering and providing candidate feedback.
• Managing candidate pipelines.
Recruitment Strategy Development:
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment workflows.
• Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics.
• Contributing to employer branding efforts.
Hiring and Offer Coordination:
• Extending job offers to candidates.
• Preparing and sending offer letters, employment contracts, and documentation.
• Following up with candidates to ensure contract completion.
• Maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system.

Eligibility Requirement:

• Must be currently enrolled in an educational institution and receiving school credit for the internship OR able to demonstrate that the internship is integrated with their coursework OR must fulfill specific educational requirements set by their institution.

Suggested Qualifications:

• Degree/profile in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.
• Fluent English (Bilingual is a plus).
• Business-oriented and open-minded.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease.
• Able to cope with pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Duration, Schedule & Pay:

Internship Duration: 3-6 months unpaid.
Positions Available: 1 full-time or 2 part-time interns.
Shift Options:
• 20 hours per week for 6 months.
• 30 hours per week for 4 months.
• 40 hours per week for 3 months.
Daily Schedule: 4 hours per day between 8 AM and 6 PM EST (flexible within this timeframe).
