Job Description: Swing Phi Human Resource Intern

This is an unpaid internship opportunity at Swing Phi LLC, running from December 2024 to April 2025. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in Human Resources within a financial services company. The role is part-time, requiring 6-10 hours per week with a flexible schedule that can be arranged after school hours.

Responsibilities: The intern will assist the HR team with a variety of tasks, including:

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data and presenting findings and recommendations to company leaders.
Team Support: Assisting aligned teams with various initiatives and day-to-day tasks to support both the business and employees.
Recruitment Support: Participating in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, assisting with offer letters, and ensuring compliance with hiring protocols.
Social Media Analytics: Analyzing social media performance metrics and developing strategies to improve engagement and impact.

Requirements:

Passion for Finance & Capital Markets: A strong interest in, and preferably some knowledge of, the financial industry is essential. Prior experience is a plus.
Critical Thinking Skills: The ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Basic Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with basic analytics tools for measuring performance.
Creative Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign ideation is valued.
