• Pay: $65000–$70000 yearly
• Team: Hubbell Unified Business Services, supporting all businesses across the enterprise’s Finance function
• Mission: Provide accelerated exposure in finance and accounting to develop future leadership for Hubbell.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Share Point

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Planning: Drive and support strategic and long-term financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Financial Controls: Implement critical financial controls and perform key financial accounting activities, including monthly closing.
• Market Research: Conduct industry and peer market research and benchmarking to inform strategic initiatives.
• Operational Performance: Drive insights from the examination of trends related to manufacturing and operational performance.
• Corporate Development: Assist with financial modeling and due diligence activities to support M&A and divestitures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, new college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive successful outcomes.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and analytical abilities, versatility, and flexibility to manage evolving priorities.
