What You’ll Actually Do
• HRIS Administration: Administer and maintain the company’s HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and supporting enhancements and system upgrades.
• Benefits Management: Oversee benefits enrollment, changes, and compliance, acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
• HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics such as headcount and turnover, generate reports, and support data-driven HR decision-making.
• Compensation Support: Support compensation benchmarking, market data analysis, and assist in salary surveys to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Operational Compliance: Maintain HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and support related audits.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor-level degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in HR operations, HRIS management, or related HR roles, specifically with hands-on HRIS systems experience.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms, advanced Excel skills, knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools; Power BI.
