About the Internship

The HR Solutions Intern will play a vital role in supporting the VP of HR Solutions in various aspects of HR project management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR. This is a project-based internship, with leadership development workshops, Chicago outings, and networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with different teams to simplify HR procedures.
• Assist in managing HR projects from start to finish.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and department heads.
• Ensure clear communication plans for HR initiatives.
• Track project progress against established goals.
• Partner with colleagues for best practices.
• Take on other assigned tasks.

Currently pursuings

• Must be enrolled in a college/university or technical program to receive college credit.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and sports.
• Collaborative work style.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professionalism in dealing with senior leadership.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Good multitasking and time management skills.
• Interest in diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.

Duration

The Levy On-Deck Internship is a project-based internship, with leadership development workshops, Chicago outings, and networking opportunities. The internship will run for 10 weeks, beginning June 4th and ending August 10th.
