About the Job
We are seeking an HR project support team member to join our Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) HR team. At MFC, we are committed to accelerating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging for every employee.
As an HR project support team member, you will support tasks for projects within the HR Business Partner team in the areas of business strategy, diversity & inclusion, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy and planning, compensation, and/or employee relations.
Responsibilities
• Support HR projects and initiatives
• Provide data analysis and reporting
• Communicate with employees and managers on HR-related matters
• Maintain HR records and files
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or other related field
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with data and data analytics
• Effective project management skills
• Proficient with MS office tools, PowerPoint, excel
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Ability to collaborate with others
