About the Senior HR Program Specialist Role
The Senior HR Program Specialist position is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering talent management programs and practices for the organization. This includes developing and executing the overall communication strategy and calendar to support key talent processes. The position will focus on succession planning, performance management, and other talent management efforts and work with HR leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure objectives and key milestones are met.
Essential Functions
• Leads the implementation of talent management programs, including succession planning and performance management; setting timelines, coordinating communications, developing materials, facilitating training, and deploying the processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Manages coordination and rollout of programs by researching industry standards and best practices, presenting, facilitating, developing content and support materials for designated programs with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Responsible for formulating, administering, and maintaining detailed project plans, including all required activities, tasks, risks, issues, and resources.
• Maintains an agile approach in supporting the organization with talent management programs through thoughtful change management tactics and supporting both internal HR team and larger organization.
• Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to execute Talent Management programs.
• Develops and facilitates training to HR business partners to support program objectives and ensure consistent application of programs across organizations.
• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the programs through feedback and metrics analysis.
• Develops and presents KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports on program performance and impact to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Makes decisions based on research, leveraging insights to develop innovative ideas and content and deployment of train the trainer materials.
• Other Administrative duties as required to support the HRBP (HR Business Partner) organization.
Education Description
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management programs, with a focus on performance management and succession planning.
