Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Central Office – HR department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist in the coordination of various HR projects, initiatives, and programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal staff, external applicants, and vendors regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed to support departmental objectives.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in meetings and offering support to colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the Human Resources department.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office, administrative, or Human Resources support role preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A customer-service oriented approach and a positive, professional demeanor.
