About the Job
Sanford Health is seeking an HR Intern to join its team in Bemidji, Minnesota. The HR Intern will contribute to Sanford operations and processes while obtaining firsthand experiences that align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The intern will work collaboratively with organization leadership, enhancing knowledge and skills and improving the delivery of quality healthcare. The intern will also assist in the completion of projects and administrative duties while developing skills related to the assigned function and/or location.
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
• Must have successfully completed the Human Resources Internship program or be part of a research internship.
