Description: HR Intern (Summer 2025)

Program Summary:

This 11-week summer internship (June 2nd – August 15th, 2025) in Marlborough, MA, offers a blend of on-site and remote work (hybrid schedule: on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays). The program focuses on individual growth, professional development, business exposure, and project ownership. Interns will participate in various development activities, including:

Weekly IKE (Information Knowledge Exchange) sessions: Meetings with senior leadership.
Skills workshops: To enhance professional skills.
Weekly coffee chats: Networking opportunities.
Coffee with the CEO: A unique networking opportunity.
Final projects and presentations: Showcasing intern accomplishments.
Engagement events: Social and networking opportunities with fellow interns.

Internship Responsibilities:

The HR Intern will work across the HR team, supporting the business, driving high performance, and building high-performing teams. Responsibilities may include:

Engagement: Learning about engagement practices across the Club Support Center, clubs, and distribution centers.
HR Analytics: Participating in HR analyst projects to improve data visibility.
HR Policy: Reviewing and revising HR policies, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Currently pursuings:

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program.
• Preferred majors: HR, Communications, Psychology, Business Analytics.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA (on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
Strong can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Agility and eagerness to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.
Collaborative spirit and ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) are required.

Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour, but actual salaries will vary based on several factors including location, education, experience, and qualifications.
