• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, LinkedIn sourcing, HR/ATS software.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruitment Support: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Onboarding Coordination: Assist in creating a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating documentation and induction activities.
• HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and strict confidentiality.
• Employee Engagement: Assist the HR team in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• HR Project Contribution: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management support, training coordination, and process improvement activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources and People Operations with a proactive learning mindset.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills; strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bonus: Familiarity with modern productivity and AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI); basic understanding of recruitment platforms, LinkedIn sourcing, or HR/ATS software.
