Job Description: HR Intern
Revolution Medicines is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Intern to assist their Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team. This internship offers broad exposure to various HR disciplines, including:
• Learning & Development: Supporting content curation for LinkedIn Learning and other programs; developing training materials and guides for employee policies and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
• Employee Relations: Assisting with outlining and gathering materials to support employee relations initiatives and manager feedback processes.
• Talent Acquisition: Reviewing job descriptions and assisting managers with their creation.
• HR Operations: General support to the HRBP team.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, able to learn quickly across a range of topics, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders. The internship aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the HR function.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Enrollment in an occupational or academic program (preferred fields: Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong work ethic, ability to handle confidential information, and understanding of company policies.
Preferred Skills:
• Creative thinking and openness to learning new topics.
• Strong desire to learn from and collaborate with various HR team members.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this internship is $32.75 to $35.00 for candidates working onsite at the Redwood City, CA headquarters. This range is adjusted for local markets for remote candidates. The overall compensation package includes competitive cash compensation, equity awards, benefits, and learning and development opportunities.
