About The Role: HR Internship
This HR internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience and contribute to impactful projects within a fast-paced professional services environment. The intern will work closely with the HR team on core initiatives, including:
• Onboarding: Assisting in the development of a new hire learning module using LC Vista.
• Early Career Development: Contributing to the creation and delivery of learning sessions and resources, and participating in planning and logistics for the Fall Associate Program.
• Job Descriptions: Writing and editing job descriptions across various departments.
• Compensation Analysis: Gathering and organizing Q3 compensation market data for benchmarking purposes.
• Associate Programming: Supporting communications and logistics for associate programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in writing and editing job descriptions for various departments.
• Support the new hire onboarding process by contributing to the new hire learning module in LC Vista.
• Participate in the planning and execution of the Fall Associate Program, including coordinating logistics and supporting communications efforts.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for early career development.
• Gather, organize, and analyze Q3 compensation market data to support HR benchmarking analysis.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s (junior or senior year preferred) or master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Prior experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
Essential Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute within a team setting.
Software & Tools:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AI systems such as ChatGPT (preferred).
• Experience with HR systems (a plus).
• Survey and design tools (e.g., Canva, Forms)
• SharePoint (preferred, but not required)
