Job Description: HR Intern (Req ID: 479487)
This internship provides key administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) within Alstom’s HR team. The role requires strong organizational, planning, and communication skills and involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
• Supporting HRBPs on HR events: Managing logistics for employee engagement initiatives, including communication with suppliers, facilitators, and attendees.
• Operational Support: Providing day-to-day support for meeting arrangements and follow-up action plans.
• HRIS Data Management: Maintaining accurate and reliable information in the company’s internal HR Information System (HRIS) by updating and entering data. This includes maintaining employee records.
• Onboarding Support: Managing pre-onboarding tasks for new hires (background checks, coordinating medical visits), participating in onboarding and induction programs.
• Recruitment Coordination: Scheduling interviews, following up with candidates and hiring managers.
