Job Description: HR Intern (Unpaid, Remote)
SAMA International USA LLC is seeking an HR Intern to support their human resources department. This is an unpaid, remote internship ideal for individuals wanting to learn about HR in a fast-paced environment. The role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and general HR administration.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Assisting with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding: Supporting the onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Employee Engagement: Helping organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
• Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of reports on HR metrics and employee satisfaction.
• Strategic Participation: Participating in HR strategy sessions and contributing ideas to improve processes.
Qualifications:
• Proactive learner interested in human resources and organizational development.
