Job Description: HR Intern

Revolution Medicines is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support their Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team. This internship offers exposure to various HR disciplines, including:

Learning & Development: Assisting with content curation for LinkedIn Learning and other learning programs, and developing training materials for employee policies and HR systems like Workday.
Employee Relations: Contributing to the outlining and gathering of materials to support employee relations initiatives and manager feedback processes.
Talent Acquisition: Supporting the review of job descriptions and assisting managers in their creation.
HR Operations: General support across the HR function.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker eager to learn across diverse HR topics. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. The role demands professional work ethics, the ability to handle confidential information, and a thorough understanding of company policies. The intern will work closely with various HR team members and learn from their expertise. The internship aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the HR function and its various components.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Currently enrolled in an occupational or academic program. Preferred fields of study include Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Creative thinking and a willingness to learn across diverse topics.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong desire to learn from and collaborate with HR team members.
• Demonstrated professional work ethics, ability to handle confidential matters, and understanding of company policies.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this internship is $32.75 to $35.00 per hour for candidates working onsite at the Redwood City, CA headquarters. This range will be adjusted based on the candidate’s location.
