Job Description: HR Intern

This is a pipeline position for HR Internships at NetApp, open on a recurring basis to fill roles across various HR teams. The internship offers immersive experience within NetApp’s culture and provides exposure to different HR functions, including:

Early In Career Recruiting: Working with teams focused on attracting and hiring new talent.
HR Programs: Involvement in the design, implementation, and management of HR initiatives.
HR Systems: Supporting the maintenance and optimization of HR technology and systems.
Talent Development: Contributing to programs aimed at employee growth and skill enhancement.

Responsibilities: Interns will support multiple concurrent tasks, working within a fast-paced, global team environment. Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific team assignment but will generally include leveraging spreadsheets, systems, and processes to complete tasks. Fresh ideas and initiative are valued.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong listening abilities.
Coursework, projects, or demonstrated interest in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Experience collaborating within a global team.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and other systems to accomplish tasks.
Eagerness to learn and contribute new ideas.

Education & Experience: Applicants must be currently enrolled in an educational or professional program that extends through Summer 2025 or later.
