Job Description: HR Intern
MTS Systems is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated HR Intern to join their team for the summer of 2025. This internship provides hands-on experience working on human resources projects that impact the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gain HR and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership.
• Partner with the HR team on activities across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Work on impactful projects and connect with industry leaders.
• Build a professional network with fellow interns and top leaders.
• Present project findings to MTS business leaders at the end of the summer.
Qualifications:
• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 3.0 GPA or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to work onsite at the Eden Prairie, MN location.
• Previous relevant internship experience preferred.
Compensation:
• hourly rate ranges from $20-$24/hour based on degree and experience.
