About the Company

Lensa: Lensa is a career site that assists job seekers in finding employment opportunities in the US. It is not a staffing firm or agency and does not directly hire for the jobs it promotes. Instead, Lensa advertises jobs on LinkedIn on behalf of its direct clients, recruitment ad agencies, and marketing partners. For this specific role, Lensa partners with DirectEmployers to promote the job for Corewell Health. Clicking “Apply Now” or “Read more” on Lensa redirects users to the actual job board or employer site (Corewell Health’s site in this case), and any information collected there is subject to that site’s terms and privacy notice.
Corewell Health: Corewell Health is a nationally recognized health system dedicated to delivering personalized healthcare to its patients, members, and communities. The organization is committed to cultivating and investing in its team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, leadership, and innovation. Its shared mission is to “improve health, instill humanity and inspire hope.” Corewell Health emphasizes an interconnected and collaborative culture where all are encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work, advocating for equity in patient care, community engagement, and internal team interactions. They offer resources like cultural intelligence workshops and inclusion resource groups to advance their values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Corewell Health also provides a comprehensive benefits package, an on-demand pay program, various discounts, optional identity theft/home/auto/pet insurance, and traditional/Roth retirement options with service contribution and match savings. They maintain a drug-free workplace and require certain vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza) for on-site or hybrid roles, while also supporting reasonable accommodations for disabilities, pregnancy, or sincerely held religious beliefs.
