What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboarding: Assist with the processing of new hire paperwork and facilitate onboarding activities.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate employee files and ensure meticulous recordkeeping practices.
• Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews with candidates and communicate effectively with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Payroll Assistance: Provide support for payroll administration and timekeeping processes.
• Employee Support: Answer employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources for further assistance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous office, administrative, customer service, or human resources experience is beneficial.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to manage multiple tasks, and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Bonus: An Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
