Job Title: Hospitality Intern

Job Description: As a Hospitality Intern at Compass Group USA, you will work closely with the leaders in the hospitality group within your sector and your account to develop the skills and competencies needed to be successful in the world of hospitality. You will gain valuable experience in various areas of the hospitality field, such as operations, marketing, administration, guest services, sales and catering, problem resolution, planning and implementation of innovation, and client relationship skills. This internship involves hands-on experiences which will provide many opportunities for your personal success in a career of hospitality.

Responsibilities may include:

• Executing operational standards
• Working in different settings and platforms in hospitality (FOH, BOH, Catering, Marketing, Administration)
• Guest Relations

Requirements:

• Interest in the hospitality and service industry
• Experience, knowledge, and/or studies within the hospitality field preferred
• Attitude of a leader

• General interest and knowledge of the field
