Job Description

Levy is a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country. Founded in Chicago 40 years ago as a Delicatessen, Levy leverages unbridled creativity, custom strategies, impeccable service, and true love for great food to create unforgettable experiences. This internship is best suited for current undergraduate students enrolled in the OSU Hospitality Management program or enrolled in a hospitality degree program with a need to fulfill their required internship credits. The position is based in Columbus, OH and will support all departments and report to Management. You will gain experience across all Levy properties in Columbus – OSU, Columbus Crew and Columbus Clippers. The role will be to learn and grow your experiences that will enhance your learnings within the Hospitality Management degree program and the industry itself, specifically sports and entertainment. You will support and acquire skills/knowledge from all operational departments – Premium, Concessions, Warehouse & Culinary. Additional opportunities to work with finance, HR and IT will be available. You will acquire knowledge to understand positions and job duties within multiple teams/departments. You will assist in coordinating appropriate staffing levels. You will ascertain opening preparations/closing procedures, including but not limited to: Menu Development and pricing, Ordering and inventory process, Assessment and drivers of staffing levels, Catering Sales Process, Suite Ordering Process, and Required event documentation and reporting.
