What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and comprehensive support to U-Haul customers regarding their towing needs.
• Technical Consultation: Understand U-Haul’s diverse range of towing packages and effectively explain their features and benefits to customers.
• Equipment Installation: Recommend the most suitable towing package for individual customer vehicles and expertly install it according to U-Haul standards.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development and education through U-Haul University to maintain and enhance technical expertise.
• Operational Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient and safe operations within U-Haul Moving and Storage Center lots.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Early Career role requiring a High School Diploma or equivalent. Candidates are expected to be hard-working and knowledgeable, with a genuine interest in developing valuable technical expertise in vehicle towing systems and customer service. The role supports continuous learning and growth within a stable career path.
• Experience: Demonstrated basic experience with wiring and the use of hand and power tools is essential. A valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record are also required for this position.
• Skills: Foundational technical skills for vehicle work; Proficiency in using various hand and power tools; Basic understanding of electrical wiring principles; Strong customer interaction and service delivery abilities.
