Job Description:
This is a High School Internship for the Summer of 2025, specifically for the Sales and Strategic Accounts team at Elevance Health. The internship will follow a hybrid model, requiring the intern to work both remotely and in the office. The ideal candidate should live within 50 miles of their Costa Mesa, CA, Cerritos, CA or Woodland Hills, CA Elevance Health PulsePoint office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Account Management team with project work and competitive analysis
• Interacting with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales-related departments
• Contributing towards the improvement of the sales workflow process
• Researching and organizing documents and communication deliverables
Program Details:
• Part-time: 20 hours/week
• Duration: 5 weeks (June 16th, 2025 – July 18th, 2025)
Minimum Requirements:
• Enrolled in high school (Junior/Senior) or a program of study within the LAUSD school system
• Must be 18 years or older by the start of the internship
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for the duration of the internship (June 16th, 2025 – July 18th, 2025)
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.
• Exceptional Problem-solving and Organizational skills
• Experienced/Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (specifically Excel and Access)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Employ a self-motivated, organized, and team-player mindset
• Familiarity with the utilization of Social Media in a professional setting
