This internship, specifically within our Retail Sales and Sales Operations departments, offers the chance to acquire invaluable on-the-job experience within a supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive assistance to customers, guiding them through the completion of required documentation, facilitating financing arrangements, and streamlining all related sales processes. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to acquisition.
  • Partner directly with the finance department to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all sales-related transactions, contributing to operational efficiency and accuracy across departments.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies designed to significantly increase product visibility, enhance brand awareness, and effectively drive inventory movement within a competitive market.
  • Undertake the critical tasks of preparing, organizing, and meticulously understanding sales data to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for growth.
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting broader team objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong organizational skills coupled with an exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Exhibit the ability to multitask efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced professional setting.
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Actively pursuing a major in business, finance, or marketing, demonstrating a foundational understanding of relevant principles.
  • Available to work full-time for a continuous 12-week period, specifically from May 11th through August.
