What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the integrity of financial reporting, general ledger, and balance sheet governance.
• Build: Build high-performing onshore and offshore teams for accounting operations.
• Drive: Drive finance transformation, process optimisation, and ERP implementation initiatives.
• Strengthen: Strengthen controls, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency across finance functions.
• Partner: Partner with senior leaders to influence business performance and decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: CA or CPA qualification, underpinned by deep knowledge of IFRS and Australian Accounting Standards.
• Experience: Track record in financial and transactional accounting. Proven leadership experience across accounting operations and shared services environments, including managing offshore or BPO delivery partners. Experience driving process improvement, automation, operational excellence, and ERP transformation.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Bonus: Oracle ERP experience highly regarded.
