• B2B: They partner with major brands, agencies, and event organizers to power marketing activations with lasting reach. Past partners include national CPG brands, sports brands, and lifestyle companies.

Position Overview:
They are looking for a driven and creative Growth & Partnerships Intern. This role is perfect for someone passionate about branding, community building, and startup culture. You’ll be directly involved in outreach to event planners, marketing agencies, and businesses to drive brand partnerships and awareness. As an intern, you’ll help build and manage B2B relationships, coordinate marketing activations, and assist with lead generation.
Your Role:
• Conduct research to identify potential brand partners, event organizers, and marketing agencies
• Assist in crafting and sending outreach messages via email, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Manage and organize CRM data for partner leads and follow-ups
• Help create marketing decks, case studies, and performance recaps
• Support on-the-ground partnership logistics for local events (if based in Richmond)
• Collaborate with the team on new partnership strategies and pitches
• Track outbound efforts, conversions, and engagement metrics
• Represent the HydrateNow brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Preferred Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a college or university program in Marketing, Business, Communications, PR, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for branding, events, and creative marketing strategies
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Workspace
• Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Airtable) is a plus
• Bonus: Interest in sustainability, CPG brands, or experiential marketing
Additional Details:
• Job Type: Internship (Unpaid with vested equity) | School Credit Eligible, if applicable
• Unpaid Internship: Offers meaningful real-world experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to build your portfolio. After Internship is over there will be a performance review with potential vested equity and a full time position.
• Flexible Hours: They’ll work with your schedule and time zone. Instructions will be made after onboarding.
