About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, executing, and optimizing innovative marketing strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels. You will leverage a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems to identify growth opportunities, experiment with new tactics, and scale successful initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive growth marketing campaigns across channels such as paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), search engine marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads), email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and affiliate partnerships.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key metrics, trends, and insights. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven recommendations to improve ROI, CPL, CPA, and LTV.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Lead and manage A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, ad copy, creative assets, email subject lines, and calls-to-action to identify best practices and maximize conversion rates.
- Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and refine audience segments for targeted campaigns, leveraging CRM data, behavioral analytics, and market research to reach the right users with the right message.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand guidelines.
- SEO & ASO Management: Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and app store visibility.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Generate regular performance reports, present findings to stakeholders, and contribute to marketing budget planning and forecasting.
- Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking, proactively recommending new strategies and technologies.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
- Expertise in paid advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager (or similar platforms for LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills: Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts clearly.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a growth mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page optimization or email template customization.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant marketing platforms.
