Growth Equity Portfolio Value Creation Analyst Internship: Summer 2027 | Susquehanna International Group

The Tone:
This is an internship at Susquehanna International Group (SIG), located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. SIG is one of the largest quantitative trading firms globally, backing Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE), a leading growth equity firm focused on high-growth software, internet, and business services investments. In this role, you will work within the value creation team to accelerate growth and increase efficiency for SGE’s portfolio companies. This position offers an opportunity to directly impact the equity value of high-growth technology, franchise, and services companies, interacting with their leadership on strategic projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Own and lead specific value-added projects directly with portfolio company executives alongside members of the value creation team.
• Strategy Brainstorming: Support with brainstorming the most impactful ways to drive meaningful equity value creation across the portfolio, focusing on areas like AI, payments, and pricing.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze portfolio company performance to proactively identify both risk and opportunity areas for growth.
• Best Practices Development: Benchmark key capabilities and best practices across portfolio companies to identify areas for improvement.
• Toolkit Formalization: Formalize playbooks and repeatable toolkits for portfolio companies to enhance their operational efficiency and strategic execution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Intention to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree within one year of the internship program. Entry-level. Demonstrated interest in working with entrepreneurial, high-growth tech businesses, and an interest in consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience. Experience using AI tools to their fullest ability, including ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Bolt, and Manus, and demonstrated use of AI and technology to improve work, thinking, speed, or output quality.
• Skills: Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; superb critical thinking ability; ability to quickly build trusted relationships with SGE partners/MDs and portfolio company CxOs; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
