What You’ll Actually Do
• Welcome customers: Greet all incoming customers warmly, establishing a welcoming and professional environment immediately upon their arrival.
• Respond to inquiries: Address initial customer questions and provide helpful information as the first point of contact for visitors.
• Facilitate connections: Efficiently direct customers to the correct associates based on their specific needs and interests.
• Provide direct assistance: Offer support for basic customer service requirements to ensure a smooth and pleasant visit for every customer.
• Maintain showroom and team support: Help uphold the showroom’s sophisticated appearance and provide general assistance to the retail team, contributing to a positive customer journey.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. High school diploma or equivalent required, with a foundational understanding of customer interaction and service principles.
• Experience: Proven skills in customer service and a demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive customer experience. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Skills:
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Professional Phone Etiquette and excellent verbal communication abilities
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic
• Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in a retail environment
