About the Company:
Innovations / USG Holding is a company that specializes in advertising and marketing. They have a team of creative professionals who work on developing campaigns for their clients. They are headquartered in Canonsburg, PA, which is located about 20 minutes south of Pittsburgh.
Job Description:
This is an unpaid internship with the potential for course credit. The internship requires a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours. You will be working with the in-house advertising/marketing team for USG Holding and its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in a team environment to create marketing campaigns and advertisements.
• Pitch creative campaigns for new concepts, products, and locations.
• Develop and design campaign collateral.
• Design and develop websites.
• Design and develop broadcast emails.
• Develop information design, branding and identity, promotional/product labeling.
Qualifications:
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• Creative, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in teams and give/receive constructive criticism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
• Strong typography & visual skills.
Bonus Skills:
• Videography, photography, Dreamweaver, HTML, Flash, asp.net, php are a plus but not required.
