About This Internship:
This Graphic Design Internship offers the opportunity to contribute to ONE’s success by creating high-quality assets and materials. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, including:
• Assisting in the development of business pitch decks, marketing assets, internal documents, and collateral.
• Creating digital assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with designers, team members, and brokers to ensure the quality of all materials.
• Working on layouts, designs, and production activities.
• Adhering to internal and partner brand standards and guidelines for all marketing materials.
• Designing graphics for use in marketing campaigns across various channels (display advertising, social media, email, SMS, print, etc.).
• Cataloging and referencing art for future projects.
• Understanding company policies, procedures, and business practices to achieve results and deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a motivated and creative individual currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field. They should possess:
• A keen eye for detail and a strong mix of creative and technical skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Openness to learning new skills and adapting to changing needs.
• Dependability, organization, and flexibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Apple Business Essentials (Keynote).
• Additional skills like video production, editing, UI/UX, and web development are a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing their work.
• The availability to work 16 hours per week for a minimum of 12-16 weeks.
