About the Graphic Design Co-op Role:
This co-op position at Textron Systems offers a chance to contribute to a variety of creative projects. Responsibilities include:
• Collaboration: Working with internal teams and vendors.
• Performance Evaluation: Utilizing KPIs to assess platform performance.
• Creative Vision: Partnering with the creative team and management to execute project vision.
• Design & Layout: Creating layouts and designs, applying principles like content hierarchy, usability, typography, and structural elements.
• Content Creation: Designing and editing materials such as brochures, posters, invitations, print and digital ads, website and social media graphics, video content, and tradeshow displays.
• Digital Channel Support: Assisting in the development and management of digital channels (websites, email marketing, mobile apps).
• Brand Adherence: Following internal and external brand and security standards.
• Other Duties: Performing other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, Digital Development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) to update digital content.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, time, and project management skills.
• Solution-oriented approach to creative objectives.
• Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Proactive and action-oriented.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.
