Job Description: Grapefruit League Seasonal Staff 2025 (Internships)
The Atlanta Braves are offering several paid internship positions for the 2025 Grapefruit League season (early January to April 1st). All internships require working the entire Grapefruit League season schedule. Interns will *not• receive benefits (insurance, vacation, etc.). A minimum 2.8 GPA is preferred for all applicants, who should ideally be junior, senior, or graduate students. Specific weekly hours will vary depending on department assignments. All positions are designed to provide experience for those interested in a career in professional sports.
The available internships are:
• Guest Relations/Hospitality Intern: This role involves customer-facing operations, including promotions, suites, group areas, and guest relations. Duties also include assisting with community appearances, street team activities, and front office work as needed.
• Ticketing & Sales Intern: This position assists the ticket office with ticket distribution, group sales, working with the Ticketmaster system, assisting fans with ticket orders, and assisting at gates as needed.
• Front Office Intern: Responsibilities include answering phones, performing clerical work, and assisting with operational systems.
• Operational Intern: This role provides assistance in the warehouse, food & beverage, and maintenance areas. Duties include parking lot setup, receiving, transfers, general maintenance, assisting the Food and Beverage Department, and supporting the Stadium Operations Manager before and during games.
