This program is designed to equip recent graduates with real-world skills across in-demand fields such as cybersecurity, infrastructure deployment, and network operations, providing the foundation to launch a career in the tech industry.

The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Installation: Assist in the installation and decommissioning of structured cabling and network infrastructure within data center environments.
• Operations: Support rack, stack, and cable management activities following industry standards, engineering guidelines, and organizational best practices.
• Monitoring: Participate in monitoring data center systems and environments, identifying alarms, and escalating findings under guidance.
• Compliance: Learn and apply Safety, Quality, and Production standards, including applicable codes and IT infrastructure industry best practices.
• Documentation: Document technical work performed, observations, and system-related findings as part of the learning and continuous improvement process.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A recent graduate ready to begin a career in the tech industry, focusing on areas like cybersecurity, infrastructure deployment, or network operations.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required as this is a graduate development program designed for those taking their first step into the industry.
• Skills: Ability to learn and interpret project design drawings, technical plans, specifications, and manufacturer installation guidelines; practical understanding of Structured Cabling System installation, testing, validation, and commissioning methodologies; compliance with safety, security, quality, and site access requirements.
