CSUSB’s Office of Graduate Studies promotes graduate programs and achievements. This role supports the Dean of Graduate Studies and OGS staff by creating engaging digital content across social media. The work helps highlight the value and opportunities within graduate education.

• Team: Under direct supervision of the Dean of Graduate Studies; works with OGS staff.
• Mission: Develop engaging social media content to promote graduate programs and achievements.
• Tech Stack: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Adobe Creative Suite.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Develop and post text, pictures, and videos across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Graphic Design: Support OGS staff in creating visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Engagement: Schedule posts, monitor interactions, and respond to comments professionally.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather diverse content and support joint digital campaigns.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Admission or registration as a CSU student; maintain a 2.0 GPA or greater; enrolled in at least halftime units at CSUSB.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest or experience in digital marketing or social media management; previous social media or marketing role is highly desirable.
• Skills: Limited proficiency in social media platforms and tools; basic graphic design skills; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
