• Client Engagement: Apply newly acquired consulting skills on real client engagements over an 18-month period following initial training.
• Pathway Specialisation: Choose and commit to one of eight unique pathways, each aligned to a key area of Capgemini Invent’s business operations.
• Domain Alignment: Align your professional development and contribute to areas such as Business Technology, Corporate Experience, Energy Transition & Utilities, Enterprise Data & Analytics, frog, Intelligent Industry, Public Sector, or Workforce & Organisation.

• Background: Entry-Level Graduate. This programme is designed for individuals transitioning from academic study into a professional consulting career.
