Entry Level Recruitment Consultant | FIFTEEN WEST

The Tone:

This role is crucial for identifying and engaging top talent, supporting experienced consultants, and building a foundation for a career in recruitment, consulting, or leadership. What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruit: Find and connect with talented professionals using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, networking, and market research.
• Support: Identify, engage, and build relationships with specialist candidates while supporting experienced consultants on active searches.
• Contribute: Work on live vacancies from the outset, giving you opportunities to contribute to placements and start earning commission.
• Develop: Build relationships with candidates and learn how to understand their career goals, experience, and motivations.
• Specialize: Develop expertise across growing renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, and data center talent markets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with applications welcomed from recent and upcoming graduates; Entry-Level career.
• Experience: No previous recruitment experience is required, emphasizing a willingness to learn and practical coaching.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the confidence to start conversations and build relationships with new people.
• Skills: A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with an interest in developing a commercially focused career.
• Skills: Good organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
